One thing I would have loved to have at #Noodles
This started out as a great experience. However once middle management changed, the entire culture changed. Local leadership started promoting friends and and people in their circle and not promotion by qualifications. I was with them for 7 year, had a excellent record and they started promoting TM's that I trained above me. Then when I complained, They found reasons to come in and degrade and nick pick me. So I left,

What I loved about working at #Noodles and Company was
The staff, other than that they need better training for GM’s and AGM’s. Am’s and RDO’s need to be more actively involved meaning more hands on they do not remember how stressful things can be!!

What makes someone want to stay at #Noodles&Company is
After I started working here and kinda started to get the hang of things everything got to be pretty smooth. My team is great! I love them so much, we’re like a family, a big happy family that enjoys each others and our guest (our other family’s) beautiful smiles. We love meeting new people and also helping them order from our menu, I like this part of my job because this is where I get to show my preference skills. I have guest come in all the time unsure of what they’re fixing to eat, so I ask them - do you have any questions, and after I help them they are so grateful for my guidance and I just feel like a better person. There’s so much more that I enjoy about working at Noodles & Company but we’d be here for hours. Over all Noodles & Comapany is a very healthy and warming / Welcoming enivironment to enjoy lunch or dinner with your family or friends.

The hardest part of working as a #Dishwasher at #Noodles
Not getting a raise after 1 year of asking for one and getting told, "let me ask my boss"
