I really loved working for #Metro Nissan of Montclair because...

actually the entire auto group despite some flaws I will keep personal everyone was great to work with and though at the time of writing this review I have only been gone for about a week I miss everyone there as just about everyone there were extremely friendly and positive to work with.

my agency manager was super professional. Unfortunately the owner was too racist and did not defend his employees, rude customers and who fought without reason. As an employee, I consider that the priority is the employee and not the customers because employees make companies grow. I quit for that reason

Job security , and respect for my seniority. I work for a family business and I am the highest paid employee on staff. I can do every job in the building and because I’m an empty nester, I am extremely flexible with work schedule. I constantly feel like there is an attempt to create someone to replace me so that my salary can stay within the family. But it’s too difficult to duplicate because of my work ethic and skill set.

This dealership may be the worst dealership ever. They instruct their salesman to fill out fictitious reviews and pay them for them and they also use fraudulent information on credit application to deceive the banks for approval. They also do not practice COVID-19 regulations and they falsified carfax report’s to indicate a vehicle has no accident data and the list continues. Reach out for more details
