I was hired to be an administative assistant, and was worked very late hours with less training. The woman training me sent ne for snack for everyone most of the time. Then, after a few week, they set ne up in the very back of the infirmary with a table for a desk and a computer from the eighties. I was a minority and was treated as such. As before, i was not properly trained and then fired for my job performance. Emplyees cuss eachother and my district manager, the same age as me treated me badly as well, sending me for snacks and degrating me every chance she got. He attitude was horrible and at times hostile. Just so you know, the aministrator came to me in the mailrrom where i worked and asked me to be hsr assitant. She seemed very happy when i would pick up lunch. I always paid. They will smile in your face and laugh behind your back. Dont fool yourself.
