How can I find a good job that I know I’ll be trained to do, when the only places accepting people, where I live, only have like 10 people on staff that know what they’re doing? It’s not like I’m asking a lot, but it’s stupid that you can’t be hired at McDonalds because they don’t have enough experienced employees. I’m just looking for a good entry level job in any industry, that I can work in at 17 years old.

I work part time. About 20 hours every 2 weeks. It's not much money but it is something toward my bills. The years 2002 through 2006, I worked at McDonald's near my house. Seventeen years later, I am looking for full time work to pay my bills. I am going back to my roots. I never thought I'd be waiting to hear if I got the job at McDonald's, after an interview and at a different location. The general manager of the McDonald's I applied at, remembered me when I was a crew member and she was an assistant manager at the previous store. I was interviewed by her last week, Wednesday. I hope she hires me on, I really need the money for my well-being and well-being of the people who love me in my life. It's so hard on a person to not be able to pay their bills. It shouldn't be this hard to find a job to pay your bills. I know other people have it worse and my heart goes out to them. That's why, when I get another job, I am going to help out people who really need help. That's why we are on this earth, to help each other out. The focus is inward when you don't have money and should be outward when you do, because you never know when you're going to be poor again. I know what it's like to have money and I know what it's like to not have money. Money matters but the value of a person far outweighs the gold they have; what matters is the type of person you are when you have money. Spread the wealth. Talk to you later, fellow people. I would love to work at McDonald's I have been in management and Restaurant experience for over 15 years

The crew and management team is amazing it opened up alot of opportunities for me is flexible with work hours it helped me get back on my feet and gave me an appreciation for fast food workers I will hold dear to me probably for the rest of my life.

Everything is at fast pace. There was always work to do. I love working at McDonald's because time flys. I can work a double shift if I can.
