Feeling lost
Not sure what to do. I really need advice. I have over 10 years of merchandising, marketing, writing, and product development experience. However, a lot of these jobs seem to either be automated or part of the old school mind of thinking that does not and will not reevaluate their way of approaching the market.
I have three options Option 1: Work two part-time jobs and get more free time but make less money. I would be happier doing this. Option 2: Get another job in this field and wait for the inevitable lay off or downsizing. Option 3: Take a job totally out of my experience and work my way up.
I don't know what to do. I was laid off of a job I had for 5 years then the next job I got was nothing but a lie. Now I am out of work and all I want is a job that allows me to make at least 45K without controlling my personal life. I know this sounds strange, but my wife has health issues and the most important thing is being there for her with a job that gets I sometimes need time off.
Any advice is welcome. Thank you for your replies.

Experience at Mergence Staffing Company
At Vergence, I was a Recruiting Assistant. I talked on the phone or edited resumes for the majority of each day. I enjoyed this position and learned a great amount about the dynamic of this company. However I am currently looking for an internship this summer that is more Marketing focused, especially including Sales.
