I came to Florida like 2 months ago. I am from Albania, in Europe and i have been working for so many years over there in Sales&Marketing positions like, Sales Manager, Account Excecutive Manager, BTB SALES& MARKETING DIRECTOR etc. For so many years i have done a lot of work on sales, trained new people for sale and everything else. And we in Albania are so focused in quality and not on quantity. Since i came to Florida i applied for different companies for my position that i had in Albania too , for sales and i see that everyone ask you: how many phonecalls can you make? How many appointments can you make? How many emails can you send? Are you serious??? Sale doesnt mean to act like a baby and to bother a customer hundreds of times till you get him. Sales means to give the client your product because he need that and so you can make him happy. Sales doesnt mean to bother your client every day with 10 min from his time and yours too. Sales means to stay with your client maybe for hours only in one day, to understand what he really needs and to give him what he really needs because in the end of the day he will be happy, and if the client is happy with your products/services he will be your client for so many years. What is the meaning of doing so many phonecalls and emails and appointments day per day if in the end you dont have nothing except the costs of everything? Sales is not like this and i feel really bad that so many companies think about sales for quantity and not for quality.

What do y’all think about inbound marketing? I’ve just made a career transition from journalism to marketing and I found myself really invested personally in “inbound marketing.” Do you all have any thoughts about either inbound marketing or the CRM software I’m using HubSpot?

I have been joining on line buisnesses that i thought were legit but all they do is take my money im new to this dont know what im doing so frustrated i have over 27 yrs in marketing exp but know one hires me had over 5 online interviews im just frustrated ready to throw in the towel

I have spent the last 8 years working freelance style doing public relations and marketing work. I want to become a salaried employee but it seems like the only marketing jobs I find are direct selling. I would love to do PR work for a nascar team or in that industry I just don't know where else to look.
