Mardel was a small company and every employee was like family because we all worked there a min. Of 10 yrs. So whenever there was a misunderstanding from anyone including our boss/ owner, we would immediately have a meeting and resolve it. My boss and I were very familiar with group therapy and we would have weekly meetings regarding our feelings.
