I was proud to work for #Cantexpvcmfg. because

Really good company to work for, just need to train better. Example! I wasn't trained very well and learned by watching others who's been there .

My advice to people interested in working at #Jbtcorp as a #Technician/machinist ...

Due to changes with Human Resources & the corporation’s hirer up I suggest you stay clear. They don’t appreciate those with machinist. Knowledge. You may a $ 35/ 50 hr machinists but they will only pay $19 to start. An you’ll spend half your life to get to $28 per hr. Plus your healthcare benefits suck every year they charge you more for less coverage. At this time you are only a number to them . They no longer have a personal touch with people who work for them . I was forced out after 39 yrs of outstanding service. Shop workers who age are found a way to to be rid of. No longer a place to recommend even to your worst enemy. Stay clear!! Beware!!!

Press brake operator

When co-workers would come to me and say that we have a problem. My response was "We don't have a problem, we have an opportunity" Meaning we now have an opportunity to solve the problem, while learning in the process.
