Ask for a black people friendly assignment was at a job for 700 hours every person of color that came through was terminated

I did not know the job description the lead ignored me and proceeded to spread rumors about me I tried to ignore him resulting in me not getting a job.

Trusting there process they said you work a certain amount of hours and you would go permanent. At the end I think it was colored based no black people hired at the job
