I wanted to work at #Tristatebasementwaterproofing because

Kelly chandler, owner of TSBW is a total ASS.....when he's MAD......lol. The best boss anyone could ask for. A Christian family man, does HONEST work and will beat any competitors price. He doesn't lie to his clients trying to weasel more money out of them, tells them his honest opinion on the fastest and cheapest way to fix the problem without using junk materials. He takes extremely good care of his employees with what he has available. I wish this man was my biological father, and I concider him family. He's been there for me thru thick and thin more than anyone else. Ever. He's my emergency contact and my mentor and my friend and he does not pay enough in my opinion but I find that completely excusable because of all the extras that come with employment and you must understand the expenses involved, the fact that it's llc and not corp. and he has his own family to support and college for 3 kids he pays for. The work is physically demanding and will keep you in GREAT shape (view my profile pic! That's ALL work I've never set foot in a gym in my life!) like being fit and having a boss that is reliable and dependable and won't pass judgment on you? Who cares about you and your family? He's the guy. But never lie to him--you CANT he will know don't test it, and don't take advantage of him and don't screw up! You will be working in private residential properties most of which people live in so be on best behavior as if it's your own great great grandmas house and she was a church leader for women and she was married to Jesus and was the presidents landlord and so on and so fourth!! Great place to work, had my health not began to decline and my mind and heart been destroyed by the marriage I had with a woman who turned out to be LUCIFER, I would still be working there! For any just in case reason involving any kind of legal anything, I have stated this of my own accord and opinion and this is an independantly stated opinion in no way attached to the business or business owner who is unaware of it and doesn't represent him or his company in any way shape or form I was always an independant contractor who was HIRED by him to sub contract on his contracts. Anything found on me that could be used against him can't be used against him so don't even think about it or I will poke you in the nose with a big ass fork at least twice

Some cabinet doors left the shop and l had not approved them .well there were runs in the finish. L personally went and picked them up and sanded them and returned them to the customer ', he was happy.
