HH Staffing is hiring qualified Maintenance Technicians for management companies in Tampa, FL. Must be experienced technicians who have knowledge on turning apartments to get ready for new move-ins.
We need Technicians to start IMMEDIATELY!
Candidates MUST have:
- Experience in the apartment industry
- Renovation experience a huge plus
Also Experience in the following areas:
- Carpentry
- Electrical
- Painting
- Plumbing
- Appliance Repair
- Punch out lists - work orders
- MUST HAVE YOUR OWN TOOLS
