Key Responsibilities:

Perform administrative tasks with minimal supervision, including maintaining sensitive files, scheduling meetings, arranging travel Organize contracts and develop and administer complex databases Facilitate logistics for meetings and events that include internal as well as external participants Reconcile and submit travel and expense reports in a timely manner Organize, gather and assemble information for board meetings and other presentations Provide back-up support to and carry out special projects as requested Requirements:

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is pro-active, enthusiastic and professional in all work assignments and interactions and has demonstrated excellent organizational ability. Must have demonstrated, strong administrative skills including work supporting senior management. Must be able to multi-task on a variety of assignments while remaining focused. Must be agile and adaptable in dealing with changing priorities and tasks. Must be detail oriented with excellent time management skills Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word Paralegal experience is a plus

It's a great moving company there's no job to small or to big for them to do there always on time never late they have resecpt for there customers always nice to people when it's time to do the job and they always have the job done right

My advice to people interested in working at #IGA as a #Deli ...

Greene IGA.....Don't!! They don't take the time to train their employees completely & the management sucks, they are not nice people at all.. They are constantly talking crap about their own hard working employees. It's sad.
