A customer as my co worker to vac a room that was not on our lust and she said no but i went ahead and did it to make the customer Happy so then I told my co-workers sometimes we have two go beyond what we normally do to keep the customers happy

I would say absolutely making it right with my coworker or customer

I would say meeting new people

My biggest mistake was not getting out on my own sooner I've been there for over 8 years
