Last year at work I #MadeADifference when...

Making a difference in someone's day that's what I do best .Keeping a smile, people not knowing if im going through ruff times .I continue to keep a happy smile and at Amazon my boss use to tell me Amie , wow can tell a difference when your not here .I replied oh yeah, why is that. We as a whole feed off your energy. And thank you for keeping everyone motivated. I make this difference in everyday i wake up. Some need a friendly smile make them feel better.

When I was the only man in the sheet metal shop That had prior standing seam roofing system knowledge and they called on me to get them out of the situation they had gotten in. Needless they didn’t show any appreciation.

I always been their shining star at the Albertson and I always done my part more than one way. You as an employer want honest employees and employees that protect you from theft , and shoplifting i your business , specially in food and liqueur business. The shrink and lost every quarter is damaging and it will be very difficult for business. I worked very hard to watch the profits and inventory in Albertson and in my other jobs in banking and finance I always been strongly helpful to take care of clients and customers . From time to time people with serious financial problems and in need to be taking care of deserve more attention and a friendly hand. I took the most difficult cases and made work , make people home owners that they never would dream that happen. I made their dream go through with open heart and strong will, I am proud of that. I just explain and I am not bragging.
