Macy's is the perfect case study for all that is wrong with corporate America. It's a huge corporate empire that didn't bother shifting it's position when the online market took over their sales. Their product is stale and can't withstand the washing machine. You can purchase anything Macy's sells for 25%-50% with a google search.

Their HR policies are archaic at best, outright discriminatory at worst, Eurocentric to the very core of their corporate identity.

If you want to interview at Macy's, my best advice is do not interview at Macy's.
