My most stressful day, was the day that i was injured, and sent to the hospital for cat scan, I came back to work the following week and they deleted the video as if it never happened.

It was character building for me where I learned about myself. I was able to challenge my strength and weaknesses, which helped me both professionally and personally. I learned I have enormous amount of patience and I enjoy helping people.

Be prepared for anything when working in customer service industry. You will be dealing with colorful customers of all volumes every single day, especially during intense holiday sales. Don't forget to take deep breaths and let go any stress/ anxieties. Never forget to get your manager involved in any situation you feel is getting out of control or is about to. Do your best to make the customers happy, make his/ her day, and try to open a Macy's account for a customer then you have an amazing day. Some days are easier than others when opening accounts, but never hesitate to ask your manager for sales tips. Good luck!

The stability, there was always something to do. I also app- reciated that my input was con- sidered when we worked on a "team project."

I have 4 kids and needed a job but i liked it but now im only really interested in working with rhe elderly or cleaning hotels

Macy's in Florida for 10 years none!! but Stamford Macy for the three years I find out I needed to be in the cabinet, now I'm learning what that mean after going to a woman empowerment meeting I don't believe I need to be in a cabinet. I believe hard work excellent excellent report should promote you and keep you in a job!!!
