Not trying harder

Besides one or two people at this job everyone else waits for the day they will either force you to quit or you get fired the lady that they had train me was mean didn’t want to teach me anything then when I started working my own shift she would purposely break stuff in the machine which I would take pictures report and have fixed before I started working and they still said it was my fault and fired me even though everything was noted in the system and I had proof of the pictures horrible place to work especially if you are looking for something to turn into a career because up to certain management will hope and wait for you to mess up so they can get rid of you

Heaven knows that i did all i needed to do to make the my impact towards the company objectives. My duty is to receive and load out product, which i always do with joy and in a friendly manner with the customer and my co worker. Since the day one of my employment I had never absent for one day. More over I even work as a cleaner, single handedly I clean the ware house with joy. Even when i am surposed to hired. I was not. I still push on with my duty and the other job involved. One day one of my co worker started with the aligation of almost hurt or jam his machine with my machine. He jumped down of his machine and was shouting at me violently which i never answer him, and the distribution manager came to the sense and the next thing i was invited to his office and told me am fired.that he has already called my agentand tell rhem before calling me.
