The biggest mistake I made as a #MachineOperator at #SouthernClassic ...

Well I would say working harder than everyone else that was employed there. I was one of those employees that seen alot of new ways to work and wanted to learn it all and started doing just that but when things got hectic and people looked around dumbfounded including team leaders and supervisors, then I would have to fix the machine case up plus putting on labels. Although my skills went way beyond a regular line worker I was only paid just that "regular line worker" pay.

Should i go or should i stay??

So at work I've pretty much taught myself how to run my machine.my trainer is always in the break room playing on his phone and talking it up. So when I have questions about something and the way it's running I'm always told well figure it out. I've said I would be here if I had not done that first.my problem with this is I have to go to other guys that have been there along time to ask their advice on what to do and lately they have been saying the same thing.heres the real shocker the shift lead and the plant manager both watch this go on daily and do nothing about it.so I'm wondering if it's time to find a company that will not throw me out to the desert and respect my work ethic.after all I have pretty much taught myself how to run this machine.
