Alittle bit over a month of training. I can't do the job. I can't reach the top of the machine to operate it. Yesterday I got burned trying to lace the machine I was standing on my tip toes. I went to my boss then HR and told them of my issue. HR told they can not move me. When I first started a group that got hired in with me were told if we can't do a job they would move us to something else. My boss told me she thought I could operate the machine. When I have a few days off I am looking for a new job.
