I work at grill area where I mostly love to do make fast service .

My worst accident was getting some of the orders wrong but everyone make mistakes .!!

For me working at McDonald's was okay at first but then it wasn't....They didn't train me correctly and then they blamed it all in me and said I need to do my job better ...I was new and I didn't know where things were it wasn't my fault...Then there was this one manager that treated me like crap every time we worked together..Plus he was talking badly about the other employees and then was being there friend when they were around..All in all I hated working there ...The pay was good ..And having money was great but I dreaded having to go to work...Not because it was to much but because of the way I was being treated while I was working there..It all ended when I went into the hospital and I told everyone that I will not go back to work there ...It was the environment not the work itself... I truthfully don't​ know if things have changed since then but I hope so because it needs to...That was my MacDonald experience...I hope yours will be better

Just when table worker complained that I fixed to much meat or to less meat in the middle of a rush.
