Do not give them loyalty. Go there, earn a paycheck...Look for something more permanent and worthy of your tiime and talents

Giving them 12 years of my life. I made the mistake of being loyal to my employer for 12 years. I did anything asked of me. And in the end. Nothing mattered but the bottom line. Why pay me my wage when we can get a newbie for so much less.

Why don’t facilities or Md offices take Lpn’s serious ???

20 yrs Experience, IV skills , Hospice, long term care,Alzheimer’s and eager to learn more, Cancer and Blood disease ( Oncology)

It’s an amazing place to work great people. Pay is good. I don’t know about Benefits cause I work prn.
