My advice to people interested in working at #AccurateHomeCare as a #LPN ...

Poor communication between staffers, nurses and clients. Clients complain about shifts not being covered. That puts extra stress on the family.

My advice to people interested in working at #HamiltonCorrectionalInstitute as a #Lpn ...

This place is not a great place to work at. I've been accused of things there that could damage my career and my reputation as a nurse of 13 years. There is some nurses that are great and would love to be team players but they are few and far in between. They have no issues with making you lose your job in an instant. Many nurses there do not work together well and would stab you in the back in a second. I learned some things there that I didn't know but most of the training is "sink or swim" circumstances. I have made good friends there that I will have for a life time but the people that are over the medical department are very unprofessional and like I said...don't care if you are a hard working, caring nurse...Will fire you in an instant!!

My advice to people interested in working at #SouthPointHHC as a #LPN ...

Don't if they enjoy retaining their license. Don't expect to be rewarded for any good deed.
