Just remember to be a caring person with patients and co-workers. We all have bad days. Remember that the patients are there for us to care for. They usually have a health issue and most of the time are scared, concerned and don't understand what is happening to them. We are there to care for them.

I would tell them they are a great company to work for and the benefits are great.

It was near the end of my time there. I was having a rushed day. I was to give a TB test. Instead I gave Tetnus solution like I would do a TB test. Fortunately it was not a disaster. The patients forearm got sore, but that was all. I was more upset then anyone else. I couldn't believe I would make such a mistake.

I have extensive experience as an Lpn, multifaceted. I have experience in multispecialty offices in both pediatrics and adults. Also gaved worked in emergency room for 11 yrs. I can function well in a busy environment a proficent multitasker.

Dont trust anyone. They all will act nice to your face, but then get mad if you won't help them.

It's a good place to work . If you live working.

Expect to work and use your LPN knowledge.Acknowledge your co- workers as helpmates and friends.Over coming overwhelming thoughts.
