My best advice for people looking to work at Lord & Taylor is to be your best self possible. Look the part, put your best foot forward, show that you're interested, be PROMPT ,PERSISTANT, RESPECTFUL, & HONEST.

The biggest mistake that I could've possibly made, was not putting the customers paid for item in her shopping bag.

I honestly don't remember the last time a customer became angry with me at Lord & Taylor. I'm fact I was out for two days to come back to work to a hand written thank you card that came through the mail from a customer.

I really loved working with my coworkers as well as the management team which were quite fair team.

Being under a doctor's care have a doctor's note the company not caring whatsoever we do have a point system and I tried to keep under that but there's some days because I was so ill I could not, month after I was let go I found out I had stage 1 cancer so if you want any sympathy from anybody in the management at Lord and Taylor don't do it don't apply for a job
