To land a job at #LMIAerospace I would make sure to...

Be as nonproductive as you can and lack any knowledge of what you are doing. You will go far!

My manager at #LMIAerospace,Inc. taught me

I learned that no matter what position I was put in I could learn it quickly and efficiently. I started doing document control and enjoyed everyday of work. I then moved over to purchasing and continued to grow in that position excelled in that position. Finally I moved over to data entry, getting new jobs setup for production. Once again I was doing some of the work from document control. Part of that job included keeping the blueprints up-to-date revision wise. I handled about 200+ blueprints. I had setup a computer system that would track each blueprint and monthly i would access approximately 30 customer websites to check for updates or revision changes. The information would then be manually uploaded into the main computer system.

What I loved working at #LMIAerospace

All my Coworkers, working for LMI Aerospace was the best thing that happened to me because I was working for big industry like Gulfstream, Spirit,Boing, Honda Jet and Military components. Having the responsibility and the trust to manage hundreds thousands of dollars of components. I can't say what I did and steps to produce airplane components for hardness durability. I meet some of the hard working people white, brown, black yellow in the Aerospace business, gained lots of expirience working for this company. But HR and management made it a nightmare.
