My advice to people interested in working at #Lifespan as a #Directcareworker ...

It's a good place to work when you like working with the consumers and helping working on their goals with them they look at you like a friend a mentor the bosses are really nice the co-workers are really nice I liked working there!!!!!

Having to ride a long time in a car and my consumer getting frustrated because they didn't get to to what they wanted to do. Or I would go all the way to their home to pick them up and they are not there or they say sorry I'm not going I meant to call but forgot!!!

Drama at #Lifespan

We took a break from the tension and came back to talk about it when we were calmer, or at times we just voiced and carried on. No one was perfect where I worked at and we all just were respectful :)
