It is a very fast paced work environment. They also cross train you on different roles for instance you get trained as a cashier, stocker and bakery.

The pay was pretty decent compared to other grocery stores.
When I worked at #LidlUS I gave great advice when I told someone that money wasn't as important as self respect and family.
Lidl treats certain people with great respect while the rest are treated like garbage. Instead of finding out the true issues of problems, as we, as supervisors were trained to do, they chased you out of the company doing what they could to make you believe that you were the problem and you were incompetent. The company talks a good game. But, when it all comes down to it, they don't follow through with their employees and supervisors. They expect one person to do the work of 4 and if you can't, you are the problem and you are getting out. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.
