The pay is not the greatest, the therapists are amazing, the paid holidays are great...too many "bosses". I loved my job there. But they don't care how dedicated you are if they feel the need to get rid of you..they will. As a right to fire state, there's nothing you can do about it and they know it.

Way too much unnecessary drama was created by a co-worker who only wanted to sit and chitchat about anything and everything. Needless to say the new supervisor came in and because they would sit and chat for an hour each day , the co-worker worked her way into the new supervisors heart.. talking about shoes, purses, clothes, kids, etc,... Guess who was let go when end of fiscal hit..me. The one who was there the longest and who worked the hardest.
