The best thing about Griswold is short amount of time it took to get hired. Next day hire. They also pay by the experience u have & if u need 40 hrs they do try to get u what u need..

Be prepared for monthly changes to goals, quotas and commissions...and I mean EVERY month, as this is a Start-Up company who flies by the seats of their pants...

I absolutely love working here they try to be as flexible with my hours as possible they have respect and the managers are so nice. The co-workers are fun to be around I've never gotten so excited to go to work til I started here. I'm diffently coming back to work here if I have a chance.

Bad job pay wise Very nice coworkers

People that work there are snotty. Can’t get a day off excuses are they don’t have coverage. They need to hire more people. Not staffed enough

Do not work there they are very racist The managers like to make racial comments and they like to pick on you if you are not white
