Drama at #Lagoon
There was one time I had a customer who had been angry with me because I would not sell them a locker. What happened was this woman comes in expecting me to give her a free locker, saying how she was going to transfer lockers. But since that's against policy and I wouldn't allow it the customer had yelled at me and called me a bad employee. But I had stuck my ground and was calm with her when I explained how it was against lagoon rules to transfer a locker, in view it was like asking Walmart to give you a discount because you bought something at sams club.
