I liked working with a respectful and caring boss and co workers. Also they always had consistent work for me.

Was able to give me flagger certification class right at the office.

They keep you employed

I wanted to work for a place where i wouldn't be doing the exact same thing everyday. In that regard i was not disappointed. I called in daily for work to show my availability for that day, I was told upon orientation I could turn down a job if not interested. I learned that was untrue when i turned one down, got suspended for 2 weeks and almost fired.

Wasn't that long ago while I was temporarily at the convention center we did not have any room in almost all the floors were covered it was awesome sight lol. Drama at LaborMaxStaffing post
