Letting the job go... I loved this place love the work the people everything i really belonged there.

They don't have a consistent work rate half the people there are on some type of drug and pretty much that's it I'd say they were a bunch of hacks

It can be a fast pace work cause we were in the weatherization program changing windows and doors and they were a friendly group of people. They are very enthusiastic about working and staying busy and making sure you do good work.

I made a few wrong cuts, and I also was involved in an accident with an employee falling off a four wheeler cause the four wheeler hit a pot hole on one side tire and it had a help assist steering, which made it very squirrelly on turns and it made the four wheeler jerk hard to the left,the coworker fell off rolled a few time but was badly hurt with a dislocated shoulder.

Be prepared to work , don't complain about your pay you agreed to it, don't say you can do something if you really can't. Be grateful when you get to work . Give an honest days work everyday.
