Hi. I just learned from an employee who works at Kwik Trip gas station (who was in the Shell station I work in). He said he got in because he called every day to make sure they knew he was interested in the job. Kwik Trip starts at $10.75. I guess I tried getting in at the hardest one to get into. I guess my question is do they give breaks? Sounds like a strange question, but where I am at there are no breaks and I am working 8 hours average a day. We get half price on the food in the fast food joint, and can get free drinks there throughout our shift. If it was not for my Edema in my legs it wouldn't be too bad! I am hunting as I am working still for a desk job due to the water retention.

Hello! I applied at Kwik Trip and a few days later I called them asking if they were hiring. Then I had an interview the next day. I am supposed to hear from this week, so I am going to mail them a letter with my resume and a cover letter like we used to do back in the day and see what happens... It MIGHT help. Other than that I got my insurance for ObamaCare program, and had my dr visit, my EKG is abnormal, and I find out soon what is next... So in the mean time I am still looking. I talked to a neighbor, and she said Kwik Trip is a high paying gas station. So I am going to really do my best to get in there. I hope you all have an amazing day.
