Ive been working for kroger for 18 yrs i think just because i didnt know how to use a rf gun and my supervisor at the time wanted people she knew the head manager at the time said to me he was transferring me up front i had no choice in the matter what do yall think

I don't really recall being praised ever by my manager when I was at store level

Need to think about raising pay scale currently just little over minimum wage

The pay rate was decent

When we wear hats and aprons demonstratings different foods from different contries

I enjoyed the learning and on duty training in the meat department. I applied for cashier position but it was so important to them to put me in the meat department because of the lack of employees. I did my best, I put my pasion in customer service, was very responsable but there were many risks for me and my health. If maybe I would of been 20 years younger I could handle it. I have no complaints of Kroger's. It is a good company to join in with and its benefits, good people and great management. I thank them for the opportunity.
