My advice to people interested in working at #Kohls as a #Seasonalclerk ...

Very unfriendly impersonal place to work. Edwardsville store. Hoping maybe another Kohl's store would be better. No training. Employees and managers seemed to resent ant questions I asked.

My advice to people interested in working at #Kohls as a #Replen ...

It's good to work there but they don't give a damn about your family issues..nor care if one of your family members on they death bed. They will still let you go wit a doctors excuse.

To get along with your coworkers you should at #Kohls

I was hired for Christmas seasonal. I so enjoyed the customers and made new friends with the co-workers. Some of us continue to be good friends. I enjoyed coming in and we all greeted each other with "Good Mornings", Hi How are?. Just a great bunch of people!

My advice to people interested in working at #Kohls as a #Operations ...

It can be challenging around holidays but there is never a dull moment. I would recommend anyone who loves staying busy to go ahead and apply.

Funny story @ #Kohls

Kohls was one of the best jobs I had. The only reason I'm not there is daycare issues. I'm a military spouse and it's a challenge. But I digress. Kohls had it all. Good people, good service and positivity. Everyday was like the first day of school, in the sense that you'd meet someone different everyday. I loved it. And I will always go back as soon as I get daycare established

My first day as a #POS at #Kohls : What I'd do differently

I would not let their policy to get at least 1 person to sign up for a credit card a day get to me because they need to realize that not every person you wait on wants a credit card now days and not to put so much pressure on employees to achieve it buy posting employee numbers on a board saying who didn't get a credit that month. I know other employees don't know your employee number but it still makes you feel like a failure when you see others getting 3-5 in a 4 hour shift and your not getting any.

I REALLY WANT THE OPPORTUNITY TO WORK FOR KOHLS AGAIN!

I love how Kohls respects each and every employee, doesn't take them for granted. I worked for State Farm for over 25 years and Kohls just makes you know your work is greatly appreciated.
