Being able to help out the staff clean up the kitchen between rounds of giving out food was a very rewarding experience because of the happiness it brought them after we were done. We wanted to make sure that we did a thorough job, going above and beyond the minimum effort needed, and it showed in the expression of their faces afterwards. Would gladly do it again to make their lives easier and more organized, and to get the same feeling of reward after.
