Don't do it! They don't give a fu©k about their employees!

I think the CEO needs to understand that the best way to improve KIK would be to worry less about painting murals on the viadoc (with cheap paint that cant withstand the weather and a viadoc that needs repairs more) and worry more about encouraging honesty out of the supervisors. Often, there will be orders to run products even though they are problematic in some way and hope the bulk will get through quality control. Everyone, from the top down is more worried about appearing busy than making actual longterm corrections
