Im previous worker for kfc on in off for 25 years i was terminated last Monday for a statement i posted on my fb,not to meant i did not mention the company name..so i was gone for 4 years. .came back 4 months ago. apparently they have a hand book of things we can and cant not do..i wasn't inform of this hand book until after i was terminated about my social media status. ..should the gm have a mandatory meeting informing employees about the rules and regulations n changes of the franchise?
