Applying to work there in the first place

As a sub, you don' work with Kelly at all, you work in the schools. A couple of the schools weren't so bad. Most were a nightmare. The children are out of control. They don't do their work, they are mouthy and disrespectful, and they enter the class that way. I worked to get their attention and get them engaged, at times it worked somewhat. Not bad kids, just have no idea how to sit, listen and learn. Some of the older children call you names, yell out in class, play on their phones and look you in the eye and say their is nothing you can do about it. Send them out but they come right back. I had a middle school kid swipe the shelf, throwing all of the books on the floor, cussed at and called names often. very stressful, Very loud days.
