Hey, how do I get hired at a job fair?
I keep going to job fairs but I can’t seem to get a callback from recruiters. I feel like I’m not standing out at these events. It’s like I’m competing with hundreds of people. What can I do to get noticed and get hired? Anyone have any advice?

Giving me the run around
I'm still waiting for a face to face interview with a potential employer that I interviewed with over the phone 2 weeks ago. The recruiter has called me at least three times telling me that she sent my information to the hiring managers then she keeps asking me about my time of availability and tells she will be emailing me or calling with time and date confirmation. On Friday she called me about 1130am and said she'd call me back before the end of the work day, I'm still waiting. I have not stop applying for other job and recently have gone on another interview however this was my first choice because it's close to my house. I am at the point now where if she calls I don't want to be bothered with them because I feel like they are wasting my time period meanwhile they are having open interviews this Saturday from 10 to 2pm for the same positions. I'm really thinking about going to this event but should i just move on.
