Deserve a great career opportunity but can't get a break

I believe I deserve the job I want because I earned a Bachelors degree in Biology which was not easy. I served 4 years in the Air Force and gained discipline and valuable job experience. I have 17 years of work experience. I have been stuck in the same warehouse position for 10 years with no chance of advancement. I though I would be in some kind of leadership position after a year or two. That wasn't the case. I guess my education and skills don't matter at this job. Getting in the warehouse business was a really bad choice. Now I know what to stay away from as I look for something more lucrative. I am hoping God will bless me this year and I can find a better job. I am totally bored and burned out on this current job.

I'm able if you're willing

I believe I'm worth the job I want because I believe I'm worth the job I want because I have prepared myself throughout my career to be the very best at what I am hired to do. I have worked hard all my life to meet expectations and my employers' goals. I look forward to each day because it brings new challenges and opportunities to learn something new. I guided my teams to be successful and confident enough to approach me and discuss anything. I worked to inspire my peers to excel at what they do and work as a team to solve any issue or problem. My work ethic is solid and reliable. I am fair and emphatic while keeping company goals and policies in mind when making difficult decisions. I can work alone or work in team. I let my work and results speak for me and am quick to share accomplishments with my team. I treat all with due respect and work to help employees and peers to be successful. I believe in empowerment and expect my employees and/or peers to take ownership of their processes and make them the best they can be. I may not know all the answers but I will work quickly to find them. I am accountable and take full responsibility of all that I do. I firmly believe that I am a good find for a company or organization. I am well worth the job I'm hired for because of what I bring to the team.

I believe I'm worth the job I want because

I believe I am worth the job I want because I am a dedicated worker and believe in giving credit when credit is due. I have over 25 years of customer service experience. If I work for you then see me by my credits and merrits. I am ambitious and am always looking to learn the next step. I get along with most and I have proven to be trustworthy by my co-workers. I deserve a job that is true to their employees. When I am with a company that believes in their employees then I am happiest. My loyalty deserves loyalty. My family deserves my bringing home a paycheck and being happy as well. My happiness is the main reason why I believe I am worth the job I want.

Administrative Assistant

I am worthy of this position because I do everything in my power to support my supervisors in a timely manner, accurate presentation form and without them worrying about supervising my work. They know if I have a question I will go to them before I start my preparation..

Hard Working, Reliable, & Trustworthy

I'm worth the job because I'm a Team Player through and through, true and true. It is a process though understanding the boundaries between professional and personable. One can be taught at a pace required for the job, and the other is a gift, meant to be shared. Unfortunately, I see many of my colleagues who fall in the worship of the Almighty dollar. I myself see the importance of having the benefits of financial stability, but really, if you're not in it to be immersed in the tasks that your employment presents itself to you on a daily basis, then your "Job" may be better suited for someone with a keen focus. Props to Margaret Turner, the poster before I: "hard working, reliable, & trustworthy."

What title is that? Ms?, HHHA, PCA?

I am worth a job that provides a REAL, NECESSARY living wage- meaning no need for gov't subsidies and handouts, living week to week. HUngry! I need a job w people who think it is inappropriate to refer to any grown woman as girl. I need a job that does not slough off my issues in dealing with clients who are not cognitively OK to assert their own agendas. I need, eagerly, to find a GOOD, CLEAN, DECENT, non- abusive environment in which In which I do not suffer or deny the emotional abuse going on, the inequitable, insulting wages, (MA went up to $11.00 hr. Min, today), and helping people who need help outside of my prof. Scope. -a career suitable to a talented artist, not "suffering artist", and one that allows me to use some of my untapped, exceptional potential! Any ideas, contacts welcome. In Boston and surrounding areas. THank you!
