I Believe I'm Worth the Job I want...
Because I always give 110%. I never do any job without putting all my effort and support into it. I am a natural born lead, patient and respectful, yet not afraid of utilizing disciplinary action when appropriate nor easily intimidated or manipulated by others. I learn from and own the mistakes I make.

I believe I'm worth the job I want because
I care about people. Because I want to make a difference in someone's day. If I can be the bright spot in someone's day for one moment, then its all worth it at the end of the day.

I believe I'm worth the job I want because
I believe I'm worth the job I want because I have prepared myself throughout my career to be the very best at what I am hired to do. I have worked hard all my life to meet expectations and my employers' goals. I look forward to each day because it brings new challenges and opportunities to learn something new. I guided my teams to be successful and confident enough to approach me and discuss anything. I worked to inspire my peers to excel at what they do and work as a team to solve any issue or problem. My work ethic is solid and reliable. I am fair and emphatic while keeping company goals and policies in mind when making difficult decisions. I can work alone or work in team. I let my work and results speak for me and am quick to share accomplishments with my team. I treat all with due respect and work to help employees and peers to be successful. I believe in empowerment and expect my employees and/or peers to take ownership of their processes and make them the best they can be. I may not know all the answers but I will work quickly to find them. I am accountable and take full responsibility of all that I do. I firmly believe that I am a good find for a company or organization. I am well worth the job I'm hired for because of what I bring to the team.
