I selected the wrong client and had to work with them until our contract was over. Client selection has been since then one of our main concerns. Being a small company we provide personalized services and remain very close to our clients. While this can be a plus it can also be a problem when the client is not compatible!

Our Server went down and we were not sure if there was an issue with data breaching. Fortunately our security system protected us but for a couple of days we were very stressed out

We discussed the issue and worked towards resolving it. I am the sole owner of the company and I believe in dialog. If you are unhappy about something but willing to work with me there is no issue we cannot address.
