Unfair work ethics
I applied to an IT job because I'm almost finished with college they told me that I need to work on my technical skills but they have the job to someone who just finished high school because he paid 15 dollars to take their test for an AA certification.

depression
I have suffered clinical depression most of my life. I had two long term jobs in IT; My last job was outsourced, so now I am 64 and looking for a job. How on Earth am I supposed to present a good attitude when I barely care about being alive, must less getting a job ? !

Any Advise Please
I have been searching for employment in IT industries since April, I posted my resume out to one of the career web portals and I have been receiving tons of interviews calls, however, I did a couple of interviews. But, till now I have not been able to receive any job offer. Am not sure what is going on in the other end cause in the process of talking with the recruiters, they asked for my month and date of birth along with the last 4 digits of my SSI which I always provide them. Afterward, I asked what is the purpose of asking for all this information, I was told that the clients which they are recruiting for need it to create my profile on their company data web. Is there something that these company and recruiters are seeing on their end after pulling up my information that I have no idea about. However, could it also be they could feel it in my conversation during my phone interviews that I really didn't have enough experiences in the field? I did the training online and I have no hands experiences in the area they interview me on
Any advise out there, please
