What is a good trait to mention as your biggest weakness?

I have an interview coming up at the end of this week and this is always the most difficult question for me to answer. I am interviewing for an entry level software sales position which is a big leap into a different career path for me so I’m a nervous and honestly still a little unsure if this is the right opportunity for me. I usually answer this questions saying that my leadership skills are not as strong as I'd like but I’m a great team player. I feel like that response is okay but it might indicate a lack of long-term commitment and future management potential. What do you think.. Should I be thinking about another answer?

Funny, the best advice for this I think is simply how my Dad taught me to speak with adults before I even entered kindergarten.
"Firm handshake. " "Stand, or sit up, straight." "Look them in the eye as you speak with them. "

You'd be amazed how many candidates don't do this. An interview is a lot like a first-date. For better or worse, humans are hard wired to form quick opinions, and then we spend the rest of the time talking ourselves into or out of what we decided in just a few moments. That first impression matters. A lot!
