My advice to people interested in working at #IntelicareHospiceService as a #Chaplain,BereavementCoordinator ...
Understand that the people who work in the field are wonderful and care deeply about each patient. The people who work in the office don't understand the relationship we develop with our people and so it is better not to try and make them understand that sometimes we build friendships with them. Their concern is balancing the books, which I suppose keeps us all employed, but it is best to keep both arenas separate.
