You had to be self motivated, a good time manager, detailed oriented, like interacting with the public, work until the job is completed, do not be a clock watcher, know how to read a map and work in most weather conditions. The management team will help you over come most work related problems. Some non critical problems you should solve for your self. Finally, you are permitted to learn as many skills as you can handles. You can work local and/or through the country.
