There is a lot of science behind the power of positive thinking. It is powerful. And you can build the habit. And a habit of positive thinking will start to make you feel better, and when you feel better you start to perform better and attract positive people to you.
I know it can be tough in the face of challenges and adversity. But I also know each of us are powerful- more than we remember sometimes.
It takes discipline for me to stay positive sometimes. But today I am going to make conscious effort to not complain about anything, to focus on the positive and to bring positivity to others.
