Hi All, there is a SCAM going around for Mölnlycke Health Care. The scammers are using Google Hangouts to interview you, then send you a check for software and equipment to work from home. They use the legitimate company from Sweden URL, website; https://www.molnlycke.com/ One scammer is using employmentdesk.molnlycke@gmail Mr. Martin Lexa -Mölnlycke Health Care Executive VP, Human Resources & Corporate communications. That is not real. The head of their HR has assured me this is a scam. Do not deposit any checks sent by fed ex from this company. The police believe this is a front group for ISIS. #police #checks #humanresources #corporatecommunications #assurance #scamalert

Okay so here is what I have. I recently resigned from my job yesterday. The policy for our PTO being paid out to employees after they resign is 90 days after you start, then you have to work until the first of the following month which would have been March 1st. But here is the problem, I was misinformed by HR that our policy is only just 90 days after your start date. So I resigned thinking I would get my PTO but they won’t take accountability for it. They have the phone call recorded and still won’t honor my PTO. What can or should I do moving forward with this issue?

Has it been hard for you as well to get a job in another profession from previous to develop it.It almost impossible for me to leave teaching to human resources despite degree attained. plz advice

Do you think it's wise to consider an employer who has taken weeks or months to follow up with you about a position. It dawned on me this morning that most companies have a lot of waste in their hiring process and HR managers should strive to find ways of improving their processes.

Deputy HR positon was advertised of which l quickly applied to my surprise, guys were invited for interview but no message received. I do not know the criteria used.

I'm in the upstate New York area looking for a job in human services or customer service with room to advance. I have been unemployed for the last five months from a job I worked for fourteen years in that field. Is there anyone that can point me in a direction to finding full time employment? I have had two interviews that were unsuccessful and have filled out numerous applications. I'm registered with just about every job site there is and still haven't found any employment. Any positive feedback is welcomed.

What are the issues that, human resources fields face, with advanced evolution and adaptation?

It took three years for me and i finally have my employment authorization. I have started looking for opportunities in human resources as i already have 3 years of exp as a generalist. I would have applied for more than 200 jobs. The number of responses i get is just a hand full and i have given final rounds of interviews with may be four or five. Its been almost two months now and i am slowly losing hope. Anybody here like me with an EAD and being rejected because of employment gap? I am not able to find any internship opportunities . Any help will be appreciated. Feeling miserable.
