A #stressful #AcehotelDTLA day
Sunday! It really freaking crazy!! So stressful.

my suggest
I tried to find career since college and now my position has reached an operation manager in hotels and restaurants but after reaching this position why it is so difficult to get into star hotels in Indonesia my own country, therefore I try to look out to other countries With the hope I get it or someone who wants to help me find and get the job, it's okay just as a head waiter or other department, because I see different countries different levels of experience and salary received (in Indonesia sounds great but its value Small example 6 million rupiah = 600 dollars / month if living in Indonesia in enough-enough for the salary that much in a month with manager position but in other countries will not be enough, I know in other countries salary of a waiter only 1500 dollars / month = 15 Million rupiah / month indonesia currency, look difference. I seek education till college is not cheap And easy as well as looking for career experience with in and out company is also not easy to master to become an operation manager, but what I get in Indonesia, until I try to make document passport, most importantly I get a job, work experience and live also for the future I would be much better off if I could get a job in another country. So I am very dreaming / wishing someone would help me and I will not forget his kindness for the rest of my life.

How do you follow up?!
The Chicago job fair went great for me yesterday! I had to wait in line for a little bit, so I was scared at first that it would be so packed inside that I wouldn't get a chance to speak to anyone. It turned out to be pretty crowded, but you could still walk around and the reps that wanted to speak to me were available after only a short wait which was awesome.
I gave them my resume and we spoke for a bit about my professional history. Because of my background in hospitality I got a lot of interest from Hilton, which is very exciting for me!
One thing I’m wondering though…
Usually after an interview I’ll send that company a quick thank you email. Is that necessary in a job fair setting?
I gave them my resume, got their info and they seemed excited for me to apply, so it feels almost like I had an interview.
So, what can I do to follow up and just let them know that I’m thankful for their time and still really interested in the job?
If you don’t email, do you call?
Thanks guys!

Crazy story @ #Hiltongardeninn
They train you in three days. And then when you don't get it in about a month they let you go.
